EH36 Shipbuilding Plate|EH36 Shipbuilding Steel Plate| Shipbuilding Plate EH36 Introduction and Z-direction performance

Structural steel for ship hulls is divided into strength classes according to its yield point: general-strength structural steel and high-strength structural steel. Ship plate refers to the hot-rolled steel plate produced in accordance with the requirements of the classification society’s construction regulations for the manufacture of ship hull structures. The general-strength structural steels of the China Classification Society are divided into four quality grades: A, B, D, and E (ie CCSA, CCSB, CCSD, CCSE); the high-strength structural steels of the China Classification Society are three Intensity level, four quality levels.

1. EH36 is a high-strength ship plate, a steel plate made of hot-rolled structural steel for the hull. The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of EH36 steel plate should meet the requirements of GB/T709, and the deviation under thickness is -0.3mm.

2. EH36 shipboard is delivered in the state of quenching and tempering, normalizing, thermomechanical rolling + tempering. Steel plates shall be delivered by shearing or flame cutting. Delivery status of EH36 ship plate: Normalizing, TM,. FH36 shipboard delivery status: normalizing, TM, quenching and tempering

3. Chemical composition of EH36 ship plate

C Si Mn P S N

≤0.21 ≤0.55 ≤1.7 ≤0.03 ≤0.03 ≤0.02

The added alloying elements and grain refining elements Al, Nb, V, Ti should comply with the relevant standards approved by the classification society or recognized

The formula should be used to calculate the crack sensitivity coefficient Pcm instead of the carbon equivalent, and its value should comply with the standard approved by the classification society

Four, EH36 ship plate non-destructive testing

The Z-direction steel plate shall be subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection, and the flaw detection level shall be indicated in the contract

According to the request of the buyer and the agreement between the supplier and the buyer, other steel plates can also be subjected to non-destructive testing

EH36 Origin: The available ship specifications range from 5-80mm x 1500 -3900mm x 3000-12000mm. Judging from the production of ship plates in recent years, the output of general-strength A and B ships accounted for 90%, and the output of high-strength ship plates was less than 10%.

Generally speaking, Class A and Class B ship plates can meet the requirements of process and mechanical properties through ordinary rolling, so the production process is relatively simple; the production of Class D, Class E and high-strength ship plates requires better equipment. Under this equipment, it is realized by controlling rolling and controlling cooling or heat treatment.

EH36 specification: 8-120mm

The practical application of CCS/AH36, DH36, EH36, FH36 ship plate:

CCS/AH36, DH36, EH36, FH36 ship plates are high-strength and high-strength structural steels for hulls. Shipbuilding steel generally refers to hull structural steel, which refers to the steel produced in accordance with the requirements of classification societies for making hull structures. It is often ordered, scheduled, and sold as special steel, generally including ship plates, section steel, etc.
