What is a steel plate! What is wear-resistant steel plate?

The steel plate is a flat steel that is cast with molten steel and pressed after cooling. It is flat, rectangular and can be directly rolled or cut from wide steel strips. The steel plate is divided according to the thickness, the thin steel plate is less than 4 mm (the thinnest is 0.2 mm), the medium-thick steel plate is 4-60 mm, and the extra-thick steel plate is 60-115 mm. The steel plate is divided into hot-rolled and cold-rolled by rolling. The width of the thin plate is 500~1500 mm; the width of the thick sheet is 600~3000 mm. Sheets are classified according to steel types, including ordinary steel, high-quality steel, alloy steel, spring steel, stainless steel, tool steel, heat-resistant steel, bearing steel, silicon steel and industrial pure iron sheet, etc.; according to professional use, there are oil drum plates, Enamel plate, bulletproof plate, etc.; According to the surface coating, there are galvanized sheet, tin-plated sheet, lead-plated sheet, plastic composite steel plate, etc. Wear Resistant Steel Plate: Wear Resistant Steel Plate refers to a special plate product designed for use under large-area wear conditions. The commonly used wear-resistant steel plate is a plate product made of a certain thickness of an alloy wear-resistant layer with high hardness and excellent wear resistance on the surface of ordinary low-carbon steel or low-alloy steel with good toughness and plasticity by surfacing method. In addition, there are cast wear-resistant steel plates and alloy quenched wear-resistant steel plates.
Structural characteristics of wear-resistant steel plate: The wear-resistant steel plate is composed of a low-carbon steel plate and an alloy wear-resistant layer. The alloy wear-resistant layer is generally 1/3~1/2 of the total thickness. When working, the matrix provides comprehensive properties such as strength, toughness and plasticity against external forces, and the alloy wear-resistant layer provides wear-resistant properties that meet the requirements of specified working conditions. There is a metallurgical bond between the wear-resistant steel plate alloy wear-resistant layer and the substrate. Through special equipment and automatic welding process, the high-hardness self-protected alloy welding wire is uniformly welded on the substrate, and the number of composite layers is one to two or even multiple layers. During the composite process, due to the different shrinkage ratio of the alloy, uniform transverse cracks appear. It is a distinctive feature of wear-resistant steel plate. The alloy wear-resistant layer is mainly composed of chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium, and nickel are also added. The carbides in the metallographic structure are distributed in fibers, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. The microhardness of carbide can reach HV1700-2000 or more, and the surface hardness can reach HRC58-62. Alloy carbide has strong stability at high temperature, maintains high hardness, and also has good oxidation resistance, and can be used normally within 500 ℃. The wear-resistant layer has a narrow channel (2.5-3.5mm), a wide channel (8-12mm), a curve (S, W), etc.; it is mainly composed of chromium alloys, and manganese, molybdenum, niobium, nickel, boron are also added. and other alloy components, the carbides in the metallographic structure are distributed in fibers, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. The carbide content is 40-60%, the microhardness can reach HV1700 or more, and the surface hardness can reach HRC58-62. The wear-resistant steel plate is mainly divided into three types: general-purpose type, impact-resistant type and high-temperature resistant type; the total thickness of the wear-resistant steel plate can reach 5.5 (2.5+3) mm and the maximum thickness can reach 30 (15+15) mm; wear-resistant steel plate It can roll wear-resistant pipes with a minimum diameter of DN200, and can be processed into wear-resistant elbows, wear-resistant tees, and wear-resistant reducing pipes. Technical parameters of wear-resistant steel plate: hardness, HRC wear-resistant layer thickness ≤ 4mm: HRC54-58; wear-resistant layer thickness> 4mm: HRC56-62 Appearance parameters Flatness: 5mm/M
